Uses / Applications:
Gobos enhance design by creating great visuals on walls, floors, backdrops and other scenic elements. They can even be used in place of scenery. The appearance of the image can be affected and/or enhanced through the use of color filters and the angle and focus of the light being used, allowing for additional design flexibility.

Black & white glass gobos project detailed photos, images or logos with a gray scale. They are designed for maximum temperature tolerance and longer life than metal gobos in higher wattage ellipsoidal and intelligent lights.

Black & white patterns feature our SuperResolution® 20,000 dpi process. No "bridging" of the image is required with glass patterns. Apollo has in-house art and production capabilities that allow the quickest turnaround in the industry. We can make glass gobos to fit any light in the industry.

Apollo glass gobos are made from high quality 1.1mm thick borosilicate glass.

Availability:
Apollo standards are available to fit most light fixtures. However, due to the numerous pattern designs and size variations that we offer, Apollo glass standards are not stock products and are not returnable. Please plan your orders accordingly.

Dealer standard pattern orders usually ship in a couple of days. Custom patterns usually ship in about a week.

Miscellaneous:
Donuts are recommended for use with B&W glass patterns. This allows for a sharper image by blocking out unwanted light. Glass gobos are not recommended for use in these fixtures; Altman 360Q, Altman 3.5, and Colortran 5-50. Call us if you do not know what a Donut is.

Black and white standard and custom gobos are designed to work best in metal pattern holders. Call us if you don't know what that is.
