Products sold by Dr. Bob's Theatricity that are defective are covered under our 15-day money back guarantee, unless otherwise noted. RETURNS / EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RE-STOCKING FEE Less Shipping (You still pay all shipping charges). Policies regarding defective items that are not covered by our 15-day money back guarantee are specified on the product's individual page as well as the special exceptions section below. We cannot accept exchanges of opened items or items returned for exchange more than 15 days after delivery date.

BULBS / LAMPS AND MAKE-UP (Make-up is Because of Health Reasons) ARE NON-RETURNABLE

o  All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging and all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts. Dr. Bob's Theatricity will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused.

o  All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

o  All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.

o  Please allow 1-2 weeks for all refunds.

After 15-days of the purchase date, all items that need to be returned for repair will have to be sent directly to the manufacturer or warranty provider. Please see product's individual page for further details on warranty coverage. Call us if you have any questions.

Errors on Our Site
